Welcome to our Midlife Women’s Wellness Introduction Program, a transformative journey designed to empower you with the knowledge and strategies to address your health challenges head-on.
Our program is a 4 week introduction to help you get on the right track.
Our Women’s Introduction Program is tailored to address these specific challenges by focusing on circadian health, metabolic health, and mitochondrial health. This holistic program is designed to empower you to regain control of your well-being and thrive during this transformative stage of life.
The Personal Coaching program goes for 4 weeks, including an initial 90 minute in-depth assessment and 3 weekly check-in sessions.

Comprehensive Health Assessment:
Our program begins with a thorough evaluation of your current health status, including a detailed analysis of your circadian rhythms, metabolic function, and mitochondrial health. This helps us understand your unique needs and challenges.
Circadian Health Optimisation:
We’ll work with you to establish a healthy daily routine aligned with your body’s natural circadian rhythms. This includes strategies to improve sleep quality, manage stress, and enhance your energy levels throughout the day.
Metabolic Health Rejuvenation:
We will guide you through a personalised nutrition plan that supports metabolic health. You’ll learn how to balance blood sugar levels, regulate hormones, and reduce cravings, paving the way for sustainable weight loss.
Mitochondrial Health Enhancement:
Mitochondria are the powerhouses of your cells, and their health is crucial for energy and hormone production and overall vitality. We’ll provide you with strategies to enhance mitochondrial function through light exposure, nutrition, and exercise.
Personalised Coaching and Accountability:
The hardest part of the process is actually accountability. We can start very motivated and easily fall back into old patterns and behaviours. We will be there to hold your hand, and teach you how to keep yourself accountable while you are changing these patterns and habits.
