Module 1: Comprehensive Health Assessment:
Our program begins with a thorough evaluation of your current health status, including your health goals, health history, symptoms you are experiencing, food preferences, body systems, energy levels, movement, sleep, sunlight exposure, barriers to change etc. Plus any additional information you would like to include. This helps us understand your unique needs and challenges.
Module 2: Circadian Health Optimisation:
We’ll work with you to establish a healthy daily routine aligned with your body’s natural circadian rhythms. This includes strategies to improve sleep quality, manage stress, hormone balance and enhance your energy levels throughout the day.
- Create new routines around sunrise, sunshine and sunset
- Learn how sunlight is important for optimal health
- Learn about light and dark cycles
- Improve your light environment
Module 3: Metabolic Health Rejuvenation:
We will guide you through a personalised nutrition plan that supports metabolic health. You’ll learn how to balance blood sugar levels, regulate hormones, and reduce cravings, paving the way for sustainable weight loss.
- Meal timing – Create new routines around eating and food
- Real and seasonal food basics – Role of Protein, fat and carbohydrates in the body and why sunlight is involved
- Foods to include and why to avoid other foods
- Learn how to source good quality food
- Build your nutrient dense and seasonal low-carb or ketogenic plate
- Purge your pantry
- Learn about metabolic, hunger and satiety hormones such as leptin, insulin, and ghrelin
Module 4: Mitochondrial Health Enhancement:
Mitochondria are the powerhouses of your cells, and their health is crucial for energy and hormone production and overall vitality. We’ll provide you with strategies to enhance mitochondrial function.

- Learn how to keep your mitochondria healthy with sunlight, cold, grounding and nutrition
Module 5: Hydration Health:
Hydration is essential for maintaining good health and overall well-being. Our bodies are composed of about 60 to 70% water, and every cell, tissue, and organ relies on proper hydration to function efficiently. Staying well-hydrated is particularly important during physical activities as it helps to lubricate joints and muscles, preventing injuries and cramps. Moreover, adequate hydration supports cognitive function, helping us stay alert and focused throughout the day. Dehydration, on the other hand, can lead to a range of health issues, including headaches, pain, histamine response, constipation, kidney stones, and even more severe conditions in extreme cases.
Module 6: Personalised Coaching and Accountability:
The hardest part of the process is actually accountability. We can start very motivated and easily fall back into old patterns and behaviours. We will be there to hold your hand, and teach you how to keep yourself accountable while you are changing these patterns and habits.
